These terms cover prepaid email and SMS credits bought on this website.

Who you contract with

You buy prepaid credits from EmailCode on this website.

What you buy

A pack is a prepaid balance of verification or notification email, or of international SMS. It is not a monthly subscription. Unused balance stays available until you use it or it is refunded under these terms.

Delivery

Credits are electronic. We add them the same day payment clears and email the API credentials. Nothing is shipped. PayPal processes the payment.

Acceptable use

Use the credits for one-time passwords, login and security alerts, and service notifications you are allowed to send. Do not use them for unsolicited marketing, unlawful content, or to hide who is sending. We may stop delivery if the traffic is abusive.

Refunds

Unused credits may be refunded. Email [email protected] with your PayPal transaction ID. Credits already used to send a message are not refunded. If our system does not accept a send, that credit is not consumed.

No delivery-rate promise

We do not promise a delivery percentage, an uptime figure, or a certification. Filtering by an inbox or a carrier sits outside the prepaid credit.

Liability

Where the law allows it, our liability for a pack is limited to the amount you paid for the unused part of that pack. We are not liable for indirect loss.
